The Bishop’s Forum welcomes young English-speaking Quebecers for an interactive civic leadership institute. This initiative is being supported by the Quebec Government through the Secrétariat aux relations avec les Québécois d’expression anglaise. All Arctic’s commitment to make the Arctic a better place for all people living in that regions shed light onto the importance of having the arctic voice heard.
